This hotel is in a fantastic spot, with easy access to a fitness center, gas stations, food stores, and the annual Seattle to Portland bicycle ride.

The hotel was clean and had the best and most efficient staff, especially the manager. the king room was fabulous, featuring a refrigerator, microwave oven, and iron/ironing board. Breakfast was warm and delicious, with options like English muffins and fresh melon.

The worst experience I've ever had with any hotel. I originally pre- booked two days and then realized several days before going that I could only stay one and tried to change the reservation. Was told by the management that they would not credit me the second day even though I was still several days out, (on the cancellation) I was told by the manager I had to pay for 2 days even though I was only staying 1. I had no choice I had to go, the booking company tried to fix it but when I got there, I was told that they (hotel manager) would only credit me $61 and charged me more for the one night. The manager basically told me that if I didn't like it then she would charge me the full price for 2 days (for only 1 day) if I didn't keep quiet. Will never stay at a Comfort Inn again. By the way, Booked.net made good on what the hotel manager would not do.

This place was pretty clean and the staff was really friendly, especially the manager. the rooms were updated and practical, with extra space, a refrigerator, and comfy beds. 🛏️.

Comfort Inn Kirkland offers a relaxing atmosphere with outstanding service and exceptionally friendly staff. the units are reasonably spacious, especially on the higher floors. Its location is unbeatable, situated in a lovely area that's just a 5-minute drive from Niagara Falls Golf Club. it promises a very comfortable stay.

Outdated, crappy beds, shower water temp was effected by other rooms using their water ( spirts of really hot or really cold water)
